I bought this to manage my condition at home while receiving physical therapy at the hospital for a herniated disc.

I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a few days, I definitely feel that my back is much more comfortable.
I especially liked how the air-pressure system gently applies traction to the lower back, allowing me to stretch comfortably without excessive effort.

I am also satisfied that the intensity can be adjusted, allowing me to use it according to my condition that day.
My lower back was always stiff because I have a job where I sit for long periods, but the stiffness has decreased a lot since I started using this.

My lower back feels noticeably less tense and more comfortable after use.
